In order to access Moodle, Self-Service and Gmail, you have to activate the account by creating a password. Go to https://www.alamancecc.edu/email/ and look for the PASSWORD option.

If you do not know your student ID or username, you will need to visit Student Services (336.506.4108) or the Academic Advising Center (336.506.4108) in person. Due to privacy and security policies they may not hand out ID's over the phone.
