Welcome, we provide computing support for ACC students, faculty, and staff.

HOW DO I LOGIN TO TICKETING? 

If your ACC account is active: Please login with your username & password (username only NOT full email)


If your ACC password has expired: Create a guest account with a non-ACC email address you CAN access.


WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS DO I USE?   Please use an email address you CAN access when opening a ticket. All our responses will go to the email address that you enter.

FOR EXAMPLE - If you are unable to login to a college email address, do NOT use that address to open a ticket.

Gmail users, please note:

Check your Spam folder if you are expecting a response from ACC Support.
It may be filtered due to Google settings which are beyond our control.
